Association des Techniciens en Santé Animale du Québec (ATSAQ) Recognition AHT/VT Programs in the Province of Quebec

Programs in Quebec that wish to obtain CVMA accreditation must independently pay for this, as the Quebec Government does not offer financial assistance to become accredited.

The Association des Techniciens en Santé Animale du Québec (ATSAQ) reviews the programs within Quebec to ensure that a comprehensive list of standards equal to accreditation has been met. Once ATSAQ is satisfied that this is the case, their recommendations are forwarded to the CAAHTT Board. The programs are then listed on the CAAHTT website as a recognized program.
